CHURCH STAFF
Pastor Jonathan Wagahoff
Jonathan started teaching a Sunday School Class in March of 1999, became our Song Leader in July of 2000, and was voted in as our Associate Pastor in October of 2006. He served over 20 years as our Song Leader and Choir director.
Jonathan worked in finance, being a Personal Banker at a local bank for over 16 years before he became our full time pastor in December 2022. He has served in many areas in our church as Youth Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, Church Treasurer, and as our Church pianist over the years. Pastor Wagahoff holds a Degree of Advanced Biblical Studies and a Certificate of Biblical Counseling.
He married his wife, Ms Amy, in November of 2008. Ms Amy serves as our church pianist. On November 8, 2020, the Church unanimously voted to call Jonathan to be the next Pastor here at BHBC.
March of 2024 marked Pastor Wagahoff's 25th year of Ministry here at Blessed Hope.
Pastor Jon serves within our Community, helping with Project Third Day Panhandle, and currently serves as a Park Commissioner on the Raymond Park Board.

Associate & Youth Pastor Ty Irwin
Ty Irwin has served as our Youth Pastor since May of 2013, and has a great love for the Youth here at BHBC.
He holds a Degree of Advanced Biblical Studies as well as a Bachelor's Degree from Grace Baptist Bible College.
Ty married his wife, Ms Rachel, in October of 2011. They have 5 children. A son Tommie, a daughter Abigail, and sons Josiah, Silas, and Everett.
Ms Rachel also serves as our choir pianist here at the Church.
Care Pastor Dr James Wagahoff
Dr Wagahoff served as our Interim Pastor when the Church started in September of 1980, and as our Pastor here at Blessed Hope from May 1986 - December 2020. He holds a Graduate of Theology Degree from Calvary Baptist Seminary and a Doctorate Degree from Blessed Hope Baptist College.
Jim married his wife, Ms Diane, in September of 1969. They have 6 children, 6 children-in-laws, 15 grandchildren, 4 grandchildren-in-laws, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Dr Wagahoff stays busy making visits to those who are sick and discouraged. Mrs Diane teaches our Ladies Sunday School.

Who We Are:
Blessed Hope Baptist Church is an Independent Baptist Church that has been lifting up Jesus Christ since 1980. At Blessed Hope Baptist Church, we believe that God's Word provides the only solid foundation for life. We believe God has a purpose for every person. That is why we make no apology for preaching and teaching the Bible.
What To Expect:
A friendly greeting and a warm welcome. Should you be here for Sunday School, we have classes for all ages. We also provide nursery during the Sunday Morning, Evening, and Wednesday Evening Services. We also have JR Church during the AM Service (except for the 1st Sunday of the Month)
What The Services Are Like:
We at Blessed Hope believe that God is alive and well. We serve a risen Saviour, and He is in control no matter how chaotic the world may be.
While many have succumb to the world's philosophy and the worlds music standards, we worship the Lord in praise and thanksgiving for His grace and mercy. The Lord has blessed Blessed Hope with many talented singers and musicians that minister each service.
